This Privacy Policy explains how Adzzer Pte Ltd (“Adzzer”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use this website, contact us or engage us for services, having regard to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). It applies to visitors to this website, people who submit an enquiry, and prospective and existing customers and other business contacts of Adzzer — it does not cover any other website, product or service.
Who we are: Adzzer Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology company providing website design and development, website maintenance and support, IT and infrastructure services, backup and disaster recovery, and software and custom development.
This website may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Our website and services are directed at businesses rather than children — if you believe a child has shared personal data with us without appropriate authorisation, please contact us using the details in Section 10.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and enquiry details — name, company, email, phone number, service required, your enquiry or project details, website/system URL, and preferred contact method, when you submit our Contact form.
- Correspondence — the content of emails, calls or messages you exchange with us.
- Technical information — standard information such as IP address, browser details and server/security logs, generated automatically as you use the website.
- Service, billing or account information — only where relevant to an actual customer relationship, if you engage us for services.
Our Contact form asks for: Name, Company, Email, Phone, Service Needed, Project or Support Enquiry, Website or System URL, and Preferred Contact Method. The information you provide will be used to review and respond to your enquiry.
Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form. It is not intended for the exchange of information like this.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal data to:
- review and respond to enquiries submitted through the website, by email or by phone
- understand your service requirements and prepare quotations or proposals
- maintain business, accounting and record-keeping requirements
- secure our website and systems, and prevent misuse or unauthorised access

We do not currently use personal data collected through this website for direct marketing. If this changes, this policy will be updated beforehand.

The website currently loads its fonts (Manrope and Inter) directly from Google Fonts, which involves your browser connecting to Google’s servers. Where we are engaged to provide services — for example, website maintenance, backup or IT support — we may access or process personal data contained in a customer’s own systems solely to deliver the agreed service. That data remains the customer’s own responsibility; specific terms for this are set out in our service agreements, not in this Privacy Policy.
6. Overseas Processing
Some service providers may process information outside Singapore — for example, hosting, email or other providers operating overseas, or resources such as website fonts loaded directly from an overseas provider’s servers.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Adzzer will take reasonable steps required under the PDPA to ensure the receiving party provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We do not promise that personal data is stored only within Singapore.
7. Data Retention and Security
Contact enquiries and related correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry and for related business, contractual, record-keeping or legal purposes. Other personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and is then deleted or anonymised, subject to technical and lawful limitations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data and risks involved to help protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; Adzzer does not currently hold, and does not claim, any specific security certification for this website. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required under the PDPA.
8. Access, Correction and Withdrawal
By providing personal data to us — for example, through the Contact form or by email — you generally consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the purposes described in this policy.
You may contact us to:
- ask about personal data we hold about you
- request access to, or correction of, that data
- withdraw your consent, with reasonable notice
- raise a privacy question or complaint
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and access or correction requests may be subject to exceptions permitted under the PDPA or other applicable law. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already done, and may affect our ability to continue providing a service or responding to an enquiry.

Adzzer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page, with an updated “last updated” date once this policy is in effect.
