It depends on your website’s complexity, how often it changes, whether you use WooCommerce, how many integrations you rely on, and how much risk a problem would create for your business. The free initial audit is the fastest way to confirm the right fit.

A preliminary review of your current WordPress setup, update condition, plugin and theme environment, WooCommerce use, backup arrangement, and any visible security or health concerns — used to recommend the most appropriate plan. It is not a full security audit, penetration test, complete code audit or compliance audit.

Yes. Monthly billing is available at each plan’s standard monthly rate. Annual plans are prepaid for a 12-month service term at the equivalent price of 10 monthly payments.

Cancellation prevents future renewal, but the current prepaid term continues until its expiry and is generally non-refundable and not prorated, except where required by law or expressly agreed by Adzzer.

Essential Care includes weekly backups with four weekly restore points (around one month of backup history). Business Care includes daily backups with thirty daily restore points (around 30 days). WooCommerce Care includes daily backups with sixty daily restore points (around 60 days). Custom plans have backup frequency and retention tailored to the systems, risk profile and agreed scope. Where technically available and appropriate, an additional restore point may also be created before significant maintenance work — this is not a guaranteed scheduled inclusion.

We can help recommend or arrange suitable hosting, and can work with or manage your existing hosting environment where appropriate. Hosting is not sold directly by Adzzer as part of a plan.

Emergency support may be available on a best-effort basis, depending on the issue and availability. No guaranteed after-hours response time is included on any plan, unless specifically agreed as part of a custom support arrangement.

Website edits are included on Business, WooCommerce and Custom plans. Essential Care is focused on core maintenance, security and backup coverage rather than ongoing content edits.

We investigate and, where appropriate, restore or roll back the affected change. More extensive remediation caused by incompatible themes, plugins or custom code may require separate development work, reviewed and quoted separately.

Yes. Upgrades can be made after review and take effect from the agreed date, with any applicable billing adjustment. Monthly-plan downgrades normally take effect from the next billing cycle. Annual-plan upgrades can be applied during the current prepaid term, with the additional cost calculated for the remaining part of that term; annual-plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal. All plan changes remain subject to review and technical suitability, and voluntary downgrades do not normally result in refunds or credits for unused portions, except where required by law or expressly agreed by Adzzer.

Yes. The WooCommerce plan includes commerce-aware maintenance and technical support for checkout, products and order-related functionality. WooCommerce updates and basic support also apply to other plans where relevant.

Work outside the agreed plan scope — for example custom development, major repairs, complex troubleshooting, migration, extensive malware remediation or large content changes — can be reviewed and quoted separately.

Security monitoring includes vulnerability awareness, login protection and malware investigation. Extensive malware cleanup is treated as work outside standard plan scope and is reviewed and quoted separately.

No. Priority Support on the WooCommerce and Custom plans means requests are handled ahead of standard maintenance requests during normal support operations — this is a priority order, not a guaranteed response time.
